Belonia I don’t know about you but when things are organized it makes me feel stress free and calm. I think clearly and work more efficiently. Don’t get me wrong I am not OCD and I am still in the process of getting organized but I have come a long way. I have walked into offices where there are stacks of paperwork everywhere or in boxes. Honestly, I used to be one of those people so I will never judge anyone for that. I completely understand that even in those stacks and boxes there was some sort of organization and I for example, always knew where things were when I needed them. But, once I started the organization process, surely I can say that I will never go back to my old ways. After watching organizational programs on Netflix and doing a few searches on the internet I have learned techniques that I have not only been able to use in my home but also in my business.
As a Commercial Real Estate business Owner it is very important to be organized and when you have a team that works with you, everyone should know where to find the supplies needed and feel comfortable in their work areas. There is a saying that that goes like this: http://yesand.co.uk/category/overcome-challenges/page/5/ “Clutter causes stress, and clutter is one of the main barriers of productivity.” I am not sure who wrote this but this person is on point with what they wrote. (A cluttered Mind = a cluttered Surrounding / A cluttered Surrounding = a cluttered Mind)
There is so much to write regarding reasons to get organized at home and in your workplace. So I encourage you to take a moment and do a little research on the many ways that you can get organized and how to do it in a way that works for you.
